Makall technology center attended a training
On August 18th, some personnel from Makall technology center attended a training class of ISO1002:2004-the guidance to handle inner organization complaint. ISO2002:2004 standard is the first international standard to do with complaint procedure. It states how to set up a system of handling complaints inside an enterprise. The criteria prescribes complaints management in requirement, principle, procedure and methods, this will facilitate an enterprise in changing a customer’s complaints into a trust to the company, and provide a chance for the company to improve themselves. The training gave us to understand that a good complaint management procedure can re-exhibit the enterprise’s profile, can win customer’s continuous support and trust, thus a good complaint management can bring bigger profit for a company.
